Panchakarma Treatment

The word panchakarma refers to five actions. The main purpose of this treatment is to restore and maintain the balance of doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) as well as remove the toxins from the body and obstacles that cause discomfort from the body.

Abhyanga Treatment

Massage therapies using Ayurvedic medicine simply called as Abhyanga. It’s a process of applying healing herbal oil in warm temperature, and created with proper technique and rhythm on the body. In herbal oil therapy, specific oil is chosen based on the dosha and medical needs following the analysis.

Steam Therapy

Steam therapy is one of the popular Ayurvedic treatment also called as Swedana which means sweating. Steam therapy works well when combined with other Ayurvedic procedures of massage or panchakarma, this aids the body in efficiently eliminating toxins and stimulating blood circulation.

Powder Massage


In powder massage or udvartana is about applying herbal powder to the body. This treatment aids in lymphatic drainage improvement, detoxification, cellulite reduction, and circulation improvement.

Decoction Bath


Decoction bath also called as Kashaya Dhara is a technique in that the body is placed in herbal water. In this the herbs are placed into open vessel of gently boiling water and the solution is slowly administrated to the body

Herbal poultice

Shiro Vasthy


Shiro Vasthy is an Ayurvedic procedure in which the head is covered for a certain amount of time with a medicinal oil or herbal paste. In addition to
encouraging hair development and relieving stress and headaches, this therapy helps to feed and renew the scalp.


Fumigation

Shiro Lepam
